Mark S. Bills CEO
Mr. Bills is responsible
for Retain Corporate Values worldwide sales activities, to which he brings over 22 years of experience selling
enterprise software applications that delivers high-value ROI to end users. Mr. Bills comes from IT, and EDA industry,
where he spent his carreer in a variety of sales and sales management roles, including Vice President of Sales for SecureAgent
Software. Prior to SecureAgent, he held sales, sales management and major account positions at several technology
companies, including 3 pre-IPO startups, Engineous Software, Viewlogic and Polygen. Mr.
Bills has a BA in Business from Idaho State University.
Morris Harmor Vice President Sales and Marketing
Mr. Harmor has 25 years experience in sales working primarily
for high-tech companies. He has twenty years experience in the software field. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies
such as IBM, GE, Motorola, Bell Labs, Lockheed Martin, Westinghouse Electric, and Federal Agencies such as the NSA, FBI, and
NASA. He has also worked with a host of small companies. His experience has been involved with the integration of software
systems into a complex environment to fulfill customer requirements. He has a BS degree from SUNY.
Michale Haschek Vice President Strategic Business
Development
Mr. Haschek has responsibility for managing companies strategic
development with investors, goverment, and fortune 500, 1000 companies. Mr. Haschek, is also founder, and CTO of Seamless
NWS, Inc. and brings 25 years of experience in application development, project management and quality assurance.
Michael worked for Motoral in quality control, Fujitsu, Siemens Computers, in GUI development, and Postbank systems in
internal cost calculations. He has been an active organizer of three Tcl/Tk conferences in Europe from 2003 to2005.
He developed the concept of Vico for Lotus Notes and BestReach social network aggregration.
